Dex Media tells you one thing then does something completly different. I was told that there was no contract and that my monthly cost would be $99.99 monthly for advertising. This was correct for the first 2 months. After that my bill went up to over $1000.00 a month in which they told me it was because of the Super Clicks campaign that I was enrolled in. I never authorized this even though they say someone from my company did. We have been in business for around a year and have not even been doing $1000.00 a month in sales we are still trying to grow, but with advetising costs going through the roof we may not be around much longer. I am now be told that I am in a contract for at least another year with no way to get out of it even if we close our doors completly.
