I used this company to produce a web site for my company and host it.  First of all, they have no talent for developinga web site appropriate for your business.  They gave me a very crude and inapopropriate site, and claimed that I needn't worry about it because anything can be changed.  It can -- I provided all the changes and redesigned the entire site by myself.  They were helpless, and useless.

After holding their hand through the process many times, I got fed up.  I was doing all the work, and they messed up many aspects of the job.  Wrong addresses and phone numbers.  They offerd sales that I never authorized -- just stuff that they somehow thought would be a good idea.  They listed my personal email address, without my authorization.  They were totally incompetent. 

Furthermore, it's almost impossible to reach a person to help you.  This is a relly incompetent company.  Don't trust them with your business.
