dhgate Seller scofeild didn't give me my refund are resend my cellphone gaudong Other
In September I purchased a cellphone from dhgate seller scofeild online in China.the sender put the wrong address and the parcel was sent back. One month later I still didn't receive my parcel, so trhrough dhtalk their messaging system I attempt a message the seller about my parcel. Scofeisaid ha haven't received the parcel, and I would have to pay $20.00 to resend the parcel 3monthslatwr I still didn't receive my phone through several messages I get the run around! So I file a refund and dispute and scofeild agree to refund my $20.00 within 15 days 1 month later no refundand 4 months later no cellphone.scofeild also want return my replays.
