In my case, the seller created a tracking number very quickly but waited 10 days to actually ship it. It arrived at the Shanghai postal facility 10 days after the order. This made total ship time 36 days. During this time I noticed there was no activity for 30 days and requested the refund plus the $30 guarantee fee because the user failed to dispatch the package within 48 hours. At day 34 the user said he contacted dhgate and I would receive a full refund but this did not happen.
2 days later I received the package but only the 7.5 mm tool was there, the 7.0 and 7.8 and the measurement tool were missing. I then changed the request for refund to false advertisement. And they went through the process of arbitration and refunded me $22.40. I am still entitled full refund plus the $30 guarantee fee. $41.80 is still due. This took 2 months to work out to this level. I promise to never do business with this company again and to report this to ripoffreport.com until this is paid. They allowed this user to remain a seller after multiple bad feedback for the same issues. I could never use the 7.5mm product so it is useless to me.
