My two sons had ordered two order of hats first off of cheaphatsonline.com and then somehow DHgate was the actual Fast Trading MarketPlace. I had ordered them with their visa cards which are from the same bank. My boys have an account for their SSD payments from their Dad being disabled but the cards are in my name, Jennifer Ann Uribe.

One of the orders is in my name and the other is in my oldest son's name Donovan Marsh. They first contacted me by email for confirmation of the merchandise. On Donovans bank statement shows 3 transactions taken for the hat order (63.38, 1.90 and 1.02) all on the 26th day of December of 2013 and on the other order that is in my name, Jennifer Uribe.

My other sons account Kristian Marsh which shows 2 transactions charged for the other hat order (44.92 and 1.35). I can supply the bank statement for proof of what is stated which does not make sense when clicked on the charge.

I get several emails. On the 24th of December of 2013 was confirmation emails from cheapsnapbacks and DHgate. The next email was on also on the 24th of December of 2013 showing the actual order to confirm which shows 8 hats, 5 on Donovans order and 3 on Kristians order.

Here are the order numbers: 424005-248 and 424005-249. Another email with another PO#1352726570 with a tracking #LN198911766CN saying this was shipped on December 25, 2013 at 15:13:53 with ePacket was the shipping method.

On January 3rd of 2014 is when I responded to the  next email for order number 424005-249 had 3 hats that are out of stock which they responded 2 minutes later with a Thanks. That is the only time I got a response. I then emailed them back on January 6th of 2014 with a response asking when will I be expecting the hats. No response.

This is when I was getting worried because I get an email on January 3rd after responding to the email at 11:27 PM stating "According to the Data from the carrier, your order has been successfully delivered (PO#1352726570)" has been delivered successfully. I just responded with my coices in the morning of that day of the hats that were out of stock.

I now am panicing and wondering who has my financial information. I sent several emails in regards of my merchandise and No Responses. I beleive I have been scammed. The last email was sent to me by a Diane Wang who calls herself a CEO of DHgate asking for me to do a consumer survey on the product they say was delivered when it was not.

I am gonna go to my bank tomorrow to stop any other transactions from these companies over seas. I need help in trying to either get my money back or get the hats that I ordered if this a leget Trading Marketplace.

Thanks
