Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

There was NO MENTION of "returning unsued portion if not completely satisfied". My Bank Account was charged $96.00 without my knowledge. When I contacted the company, I was told that nothing could be done about the charge. "I waited too long". I am on Social Security and EVERY DOLLAR IS IMPORTANT TO ME. I tried to get that across to the customer care associate, but he HUNG UP ON ME.

I received an e-mail from "Dr. OZ" recommending this product.  I should have known better.

I ordered the "Free Trial" for the cost of shipping which was $4.95.

I received the bottle containing of 60 capsules of Pure Weight Loss Garcinia Cambogia, and an e-mail

stating thanking me for my order.  It indicated that it was a "30 day supply 15 Day Trial".

No where did it indicate that if I was NOT completely satisfied with the product, I should return the unsued

portion for a complete refund.  This was my BIG mistake.

I reviewed my Bank Statement today 9/30, and was shocked to find that $96.00 was removed from my

account.  I called the company at the number listed on the bottle - 1-855-480-5027.

I explained to the indignant person that I could return the remainder of the pills, and to please credit my

bank account the $96.00.  He said that the 15 day trial was over and that NOTHING can be done.  I asked to

speak to a supervisor but he refused to transfer me. I explained that I was on Social Security and that EVERY

dollar was important to me.  Didn't make any difference, and he disconnected the call.

Issue is....

#2General Comment

The real issue is that YOU didnt READ the section that laid all of this out for you. When YOU entered in YOUR payment information there was a link. It was highlighted. Then when YOU completed entering the information for payment there was a tab that said that YOU agreed to the terms and conditions of that sale. There was a link there as well. So not once but twice YOU IGNORED the information presented to you that informed YOU of all of the terms. I can understand being on a budget but YOU are an adult. As an adult YOU are expected to do YOUR part. YOU DIDNT READ!!!! YOU just clicked "I Agree" WITHOUT INFORMING YOURSELF!!!! So HOW is this ALL thier fault? All THEY did is EXACTLY what the terms and conditions tell you is going to happen. YOU ASSUMED! YOU IGNORED!!! So where is the part of the post descibing YOUR FAILURE?? I know that we WILL NOT see that. People like YOU expect that others are going to break rules BECAUSE you are elderly. Being elderly means that YOU have life experience. Of which YOU USED NONE!!!! Remember.....If its too good to be true then it isnt true!!! But YOU KNEW THIS!!!! YOU cannot play the victim when YOU didnt read. When YOU didnt use even one ounce of COMMON SENSE!!! It gets worse......THEY HAVE YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION!!!! If you do not get up and get a new card with NEW NUMBERS then they are going to continue to withdraw the amount YOU TOLD THEM TO by your NOT cancelling within the 14 days from placing the order.
