Direct ECig offers a free trial offer for their electronic cigarette, but it is just away they can send you automatic shippments of their product, which by the way, I found to be horrible. Then they go back and charge you, a twice market price for similar products, for the product they shipped you for the (not so free) free trial. The package was delivered to the wrong address, but that didn't change the start date for the trial, which means I didn't notify them within the 15 day window to cancell.Customer service was not helpful at all and hung up on me after I waited for over 20 minutes on hold just to talk to someone.
If you are interested in an electronic cigarette, Ilike "fifty-one" which Ithinkis a much superior product that Ican purchase locally and not over the internet.
