Tulsa,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Don't waste your time going through DMB, unfortunately, most of these cases, and there are plenty, fall through the cracks because they don't have enough employees to take care of them. Your best bet is to go through each individual credit bureau and issue a dispute through them. DMB then has 30 days to show proof that this account belonged to you (i.e. ss#, etc) otherwise it is wiped off your report. It does take some time so you may have to be a little paitent, but it pays off. I purchased a new home last year also and had some similar situations, but I found it's easier to get them resolve through the credit reporting agencies directly. Hope this helps.
