On March 29, 2010 at approximately 12:56 PM I was on discount-beauty.com website, and purchased (2) 12 ounce bottles of Chi silk infusion for the amount of $33.99 each. Order number 34248. Total amount of $67.98. On April 1 2010 I recieved my shipment and recieved (2) 6 ounce bottles of Chi infusion valued at $21.99 each. This is not what I ordered, I immediately called the number (972) 552-9129 and spoke with a person by the name of Kevin who informed me that the supervisor, Jeff, would return my phone call. Two hours later, I recieved a phone call from Jeff, the manager, and I explained that I did not recieve what I purchased and what was charged to my credit card to the amount of $70.73. He was very rude and unprofessional, stating that he would have to do an "investigation" and call me back.
On April 2nd, by 3:00 central I still did not recieve a phone call from Jeff at (972) 552-9129. I then called him three times, however, he still has not returned my phone calls in regards to my purchases. I extremely dissatisfied, and have yet to recieve what I have payed for. I hope this situation can be resolved in a professional and timely manner.
