I called for a cab at 3:30 on a Monday for a 4:00 doctors appt that was maybe 4 miles from where I was. The girl argued first about the address I gave then said they will be there in like 5 to 20 minutes which is their normal pick up time they give everyone. So by 3:45 i call back because there has been no cab. The girl in the worst broken english begins accussing me of leaving my location because the cab was there and he tried calling me and I did not answer my phone. I said I have been standing in front of this CVS for 15 minutes and have watched numerous green cabs pass by and none of them stopped. She said she would rush me a cab in 5 minutes. 4:00 still no cab and now I get well you wrre not there, yes I was the last girl did not put my rush order in, there was no second cab coming. I asked for a supervisor and they hung up on me. I finally got them to send me another cab. But I called yellowcab and told them what these guys had done. It.was now 4:05 and I am late. Yellow cab had a cab out in 10 minutes. I called Discount and asked for another supervisor the lady wanted to know why, I asked if she was one and she said no, well then it is not your problem get me a supervisor. They were all busy she said I told her that the bull I just was put through lost a long time customer.I had been using them at least twice a week and had been spending about 40.00 a week on a cab. I told her I am done you g am done your company has mistreated me and your cabdrivers have lied to you and I am late. On my way to my appt the discount driver calls me and ask where I am and I told him in a yellowcab because your company and drivers are not smart enough to send a cab out to an address I have been picked up at before. He said well did you cancel the cab. I said well if me telling your dispatch I am no longer using your b******* company them yes. The guy started yelling at me about calling cabs and wasting their time ..blah blah blah. Told him to cry to someone else if you were smart enough to come the first time I called we would not have this issue.
This is just one big b******* story ..everytime I called for a cab and get these young (((REDACTED))) girls with half a brain they are rude obnoxious and dumb as a box of rocks. You guys amswer phones it is not rocket science. I honestly think I had it out with the same dumba** everytime I called. She always mispronounced my name spelled it wrong and when I correct her she cops an attitude like she is queen s***. Again DUMBA** YOUNG BIMBO...
I suggest you use A***** (((REDACTED))) Taxi and ask for Brian Lopker. He is now my personal taxi guy. He is friendly and will work out deals with you..
