Dishnetworks customer service has gone down hill in the past couple of years (DID YOU GUYS OUTSOURCE TO INDIA!). They tell you that you are an VALUED CUSTOMER for being with them so long but they still give you the shaft and with no lube! Some valued customer I feel!

== They talk you into a DVR and its a deal! $49! We did, well the rep on their 800 number never mentioned that we will be paying a $5.00 rental + a DVR service fee. Any how, after approx 6 months of using this thing, not impressed and want to go back to the 311 receiver. Yep -- STEP BACK DOWN to the basics. Now they want me to pay them $149.99 to downgrade! What a fricking rip off! If we are "Valued Customers" start treating us like we are. I have been with you for at least 3-4 years.

And if you try sending emails to their customer service since you dont want to deal with a canned response over the phone, you still get the same thing! $80+ per month and you get a kick in the A!@!!

I want the 311 Receiver at no charge and I will ship you your crappy DVR back!
