On 5-1-13 I placed an online order with Dollhousecity.com I immediately received an email from them stating they would notify me via email when my order shipped.

I have deadlines to meet so when I placed my order with Dollhousecity.com I made sure all the items I selected were "IN STOCK". I'd recently had a horrible experience with a different vendor who promised me things they did not deliver, which in turn caused me to miss my deadline and lose money.

On 5-3-13 I hadn't received any shipping details from Dollhousecity.com via email so I sent an inquiry asking about the status of my order. In that email I explained in great detail that I had just had a disappointing experience that a different vendor that let me down miserably. I was concerned becasue this situation was starting off..., not-so-good, so far. This is the reply I got from customer service representative Jackie; "Thank you for your order. I am very sorry you had an unfortunate experience with the other vendor. I personally processed your order this morning and I expect it to ship tomorrow. If we ship UPS, I will send the tracking number. However, for small items like these, we sometimes ship them via US Postal Service and that will not have a tracking number." 

I was a little disappointed it hadn't shipped yet; but it was on its way. This is the sole purpose for me ordering items that are IN STOCK only. I know what deadlines I need to meet and I can't wait for long periods of time for deliveries.

5-8-13 rolls around, still no package and no email saying it had been shipped. I understand that I wasn't going to get tracking information if it was sent out USPS, but I was told I'd (at least) get an email stating it had shipped. Nothing! I contact Jackie again. This day, no reply.

5-9-13 I copy and pasted the same email from the previous day into a new message and send it off to Jackie. This is the reply I got. "Hi Alana, This order will ship out today. I will send the tracking number (if applicable) as soon as I have that information. Please don't worry, we take good care of our customers! Thank you! Jackie"

There are several things wrong with this situation:

1) It's now been more than a week since I initially placed my order and my order is still in the warehouse;

2) I was told my order would ship on the 4th, that was a lie!;

3) No discount, express shipping or compensation of any kind was offered to help ease the sting of their obvious incompetence. Jackie NEVER even apologized for the poor customer service;

4) This was the final straw for me; Jackie tells me not to worry because they take good care of their customers. I think that was more than condesending. She's telling me (in a sense) to calm down. How dare she?? She has lied to me repeatedly, caused me to miss another deadline, cost me money and as of this exact minute in time, I still don't know where my order is. And she has the nerve to tell me not to worry?? ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!

I don't know where my order is but I know where my money went, and I still have no product and no idea when to expect it. Jackie said she shipped it, but she's proven herself to be a liar, so I don't know what to do, other than shout it out to anyone who will listen "Dollhousecity.com is a full of poor customer service, items they can't produce and LIES!! Do Not Do Business with these vulgers!!! 

I requested a full refund from these rip-off artists but to no avail. They are ignoring my emails now.
