I purchased a vehicle from Dolphin through Ebay late January and sent all my money through bank to bank wire. After a couple weeks, the company went awol as we all know. I too never received my vehicle even though I paid for it. After all my research and spending my week of vacation in Florida turmoiled over working and researching what was going on I offer this insight into what I have so far come up with.

Dolphin was buying vehicles through auction houses for which it did not pay for. It was then turning around and selling these vehicles to you and me. Alot of people have been affected and I know the frustration we are going through. The auction houses finally caught on and reposessed the vehicles at Dolphins lot along with everything in sight. Mainly 3 auction houses that had repo's along with their finance companies.

These are: Adesa-Ocala auto auction - friendly and will work with you if they have your vehicle/title.

South Florida Auto Auction in Lauderdale Lakes area, nasty people and will not talk to you.

Lastly - Your Auto Auction in Ft Myers. - Friendly as well.

If they have your vehicle or title, they may work with you (except South Florida Auto Auction).

In addition, two of these auto auctions were affected and have a lawsuit through a lawyer named Stacey Soloss in Miami. They repo'd the cars, along with paperwork in the office.

Linda from Manheim group is the manager who initiated the lawsuit against Dolphin for the scam mentioned above.

I tried Kenia's number and they are disconnected. Others who worked for Dolphin include Daniel Dieppa(954-775-4730) and Jill Mason.

So far, I was told by Daniel that South Florida took my car, and I have had to file a complaint with the local DMV to investigate. Couldn't report the car stolen either according to police. Hope Ebay comes through by VPP program.

Hope this helps.
