Down 2 earth trailers Ike Pate Sold us a defective concession trailer from a second company when we were promised a trailer similar to the one we had purchased before. Baxley Georgia
We purchased a Down to Earth trail that was stolen after we had owned it for 2 years. We ordered a new one just like the first one with the addition of 1 concession window. The trailer that was delivered 3 weeks after it was promised was a Diamond Cargo brand with several problems. Our salesman, Ike Pate was not helpful and we reported him and the company to the Better Business Bureau.
Mr. Pate refused to respond to our e-mails or phone calls from the BBB. The problems with the Diamond Cargo trailer include leaks around the concession doors, strange noises from the axles and a latch that was missing screws. The biggest problems are the leaks. Some of the concession doors have a foam seal others do not. One with the doors with the seal leak and one without leaks as well.

Here is yet another tall tale from Mr. Pate in my opinion. No one from either trailer company ever called requesting us to return the trailer for repair. Mr. Pate just simply quit returning calls and messages.
He pulled the same trick with the Better Business saying that he had tried to resolve the problem. He also quit returning calls and messages from the Better Business Bureau when asked to show proof that he had called or sent messages. That's is why Down to Earth trailers is listed as having unresolved complaints.
First he plays a "Bait and Switch" on the brand of the trailer ordered and received. Then deny, deny, deny on making good on the quality of the trailer. Don't expect any quality of of service when you deal with this man and if you have any problems you can expect NO customer service.

The manufactor of this Trailer ,Diamond Cargo offered to fix leak on concession door free of charge at there maufactoring facility in Georgia and customer refused to bring trailer back for repair.
