This sounds like the same problem that many other people have had with this company. If they want to have satisfied customers, they need to learn how to properly communicate. Did you ever get your product?

I will be filing papers in small claims court tomorrow over what they did to me (erroneous fees that do NOT apply to my order, unprofessionalism, harassment, etc). I was charged a 25% restocking fee, even never having be sent the actual parts. It took them 6 months to attempt to ship it, after that time, I gave up and requested that it be cancelled. They agreed, but said that they have to charge me a restocking fee (25% = $89.90) even though the parts were never shipped. Restocking implies just that, and since it was never sent, it was never removed from stock. Deceptive business practices and you will NOT get your order for at least 6-9 months, I would advise consumers to search elsewhere.

Mr. Goss of DPD Pools promised the Better Business Bureau of New York that he would check with his supplier as to the delay of my pool liner and he would notify me by e-mail. That was Monday morning June 11th. It is the afternoon of Thursday June 14th and I have not received such an e-mail. I suppose he will follow his pattern and tell the BBB that I gave him the wrong e-mail address just like he has done to others.
