I hired them to have my chimney cleaned prior to moving out. It was on an inspection requirements list. I called and they quoted $99 or $129 depending on if I had a fireplace or chimney. They came on the date specified but were 2 hours late. When they came they did the job quickly. He offered me a extra cleaning for only $40 (that was quoted as free). I declined but he said he would mark that I had it done anyway but I declined that dishonest practice as well. He also asked me NOT to tell the office he was going to do this and tried to convince me to do it because it would then be covered under warranty. Again I declined. When it was time to pay the bill they added an additional $40 as a travel charge. When I asked why there was a 40% increase I was told it was standard for a travel charge over an hour. I said you are in Atlanta and I am in Suwanee that is not an hour. I am not concerned WHERE you came from you are an Atlanta company. He didn't have an answer. I paid and should NOT have !
I then immediately took the quote and emailed Joey, the office manager, who sent me the quote and asked where the travel charge was on the quote. No response
The Office manager wrote me back and apologized for the inconvenience and offered me 50% off on other services. I don't think SO!
DO NOT USE this company they are crooks!

Hello I am a secretary with Dr. Airduct LLC. I have worked for this coming since the beginning. We have always handled our clients with respect and have givne quality service and excellent satisfaction. 99.9% of our clients are satisfied with our services. We offer air duct cleaning, chimney sweeps, and dryer vent cleaning. Our client was charged a service fee of $39 which is fair considering that most companies charge service fees beginning at $50. Our client paid the fee and then contacted us by e-mail to report that it was "unfair" that she was charged this fee. We attempted to rectify the situation by offering her half of the service fee back. We immediately mailed her a check for $20. As this is standard to charge a service fee, we did not refund the whole amount. Our technicians always work in a fair and timely manner and offer the best quality service. Our client was unsatisfied with only a partial refund and has since began slandering our company name. We would like to have this situation straightened out.
