It sounds like the OP got one of those "official" letters and is now trying to tapdance out of a defamation suit....too funny.

Hmmmm. It appears that someone received a letter from an attorney. It would be REAL interesting to know the whole story here.

Although I stated it at the beginning of my original post, in the interest of truth and accuracy I am updating the language of my post to make sure it is understood that the entire post detailing my dealings with Dr. Holloway constitutes an expression of my opinion, a right I am guaranteed under the first amendment.
First, my statement that Dr. Holloway did not examine me properly is at present my opinion.
My statement that doctor Holloway had everyone involved in my treatment deceive me is my opinion.
My statement that Dr. Holloway and others involved in my treatment made a slick attempt to get me to agree to another, inferior treatment plan is my opinion.
My question asking if Ohio State pressured Dr. Holloway to resign was my opinion.
My statement that if Dr. Holloway makes a mistake in someone's treatment she will lie about it, even under oath, is my opinion.
My statement that Dr. Holloway is dishonest and unethical is my opinion.
