Please just do a quick search for these guys and you will see how much damage a Dr. Peter Wong can do scars on my eyelids and drooping how does he call himself a board certified surgeon well allow him to produce documents that show he is a board certified Plastic Surgeon. A fellowship does not mean you are a board certified surgeon.
