Drive Financial Too many lies and harrassing phone calls ripoff Dallas Texas
Drive fininacial does not nothing but ripp people off. They call you all times of night with harrassing phone calls threating to do something to you. They also charge high interest fees in which i did know about before i bought the car. they also call your job harrassing you on it. They have called my job three or four times threating me and telling me i need to pay them or they will messed me up.
i don't think this is right because i do have civil rights and i don't think they should have to right to violate them at all. So if you ever buy a car do not let this cmpany finance it for you or you will pay dearly. I am getting sick and tired of there phone calls and i want them to stop.
I called one time and a lady answered the phone she was so rude i wanted to reach through the phone and choke her a## but i have more respect than that. They just think they can talk to you any kind of way. i have been thinking about sending the car back plenty of times but i think this would just make there day if i do. They just want to screw up my credit but i am not gong to let them do this.
I am recent college graduate and it has been hard for me to find work in my field so that i can make the payments on time. i told them this but they are so rude they won't listen to no one about their problems. I tried to tell them that at the job i am at now my pay days usually fall after the car payment date and i would send the payment to them after that day but they will not listen to me.
So if any one is filing a lawsuit against them please, please include me in it also. They have to pay for the way they treat people and nine times out of ten they will pay trust me.

there is a reason you are with a 2nd chance finance company. for whatever reason you have bad credit or you have none. but to think that you are entiled to anything in a lawsit is rediculous. if you are even 1 day past your due date you are in breech of your contract therefore you forfit your rights to that of a customer that makes thir payments on time. we dont call for no reason. if someone owed you thousands of dollars and dint pay you for months, wouldnt you call anyone you could to see what the situation is to get your money? its no different with any company that provided a service or product. everyday that you drive that car while the pmts are late, you cause the value to go down. which hurts your bottom line in the end.
