DS Water Of America LP-Sparkletts DS Waters of America frequent over deliveries, no returns, over charges, cancellation fee Las Vegas, Nevada
Sparkletts frequently leaves extra water deliveries on my door as a "convenience". They charge me and refuse to take back what I dont need. Water at almost $10 for 5 gallons adds up.
This is a very bad company. Signing up for delivery is like giving them carte blanche to deliver whatever they want.
I tried to cancel and now they want to charge a $15 cancellation fee. Fine, but then tonight, I see a $71 charge unexplained on my account!
Canceling is hard but signing up is easy.
Never start ordering from them.
