POSSIBLE SCAMMER -- DEFINITELY SHADY
Found them on a marketing forum. I ordered in may for them to send out tweets on twitter. The idea was that I would add this to the list of services for my clients, takes a big load off of us.
2 months have passed and no tweets. (I have paypal receipt)
I emailed in regards to it and was at first getting the runaround and now no responses.
Ironically (or not), they are now banned from the forum. (Sam says they chose to "close" their account...but why would you do that if you are getting orders AND have customer service issues there?)
Sam says he/she doesn't give refunds on advertising, because they schedule them when the order was placed. (i have email correspondence)
Sam claims the tweets went out starting May 10th
I have never ever seen one.
I used the advanced Twitter Search as well as 3rd party sites to narrow down by exact dates.
I can also see DSMPublishings entire TWEET HISTORY from ANY time period on this 3rd party sites
I put in various date ranges...and can see PLENTY of tweet action happening, but nothing for me!
So it would be different if I just slipped through the cracks -very possible...but rather than admit that...Sam chooses to stick to his/her guns and accuse me of wanting free tweets....riiiiiiight.
again... my tweets are no where to be found and cannot be shown to me.
I repeatedly asked for either a refund or proof tweets were sent.
seems that at NO TIME has my name ever shown in any of Sams Tweets
yet Sam insists they have all gone out.
Well that sounds great, except its been 60 days and NOT ONE TWEET has gone out that i have seen...and mysteriously there is no evidence on twitter or anywhere else on the entire internet about it!
At this point, I have found a solution, and I just want my $250 back since ZERO work was done.
Guess what, sam is making it clear they have every intention of keeping my money, but are happy to "reschedule" me...IN OCTOBER!
NO THANKS!
It would be different if they wrote the copy, or even sent SOME of them out...then they could say work was done. I have no problem with that.
But I have GOTTEN NOTHING! ZERO! ZIP! NADA!
I hope others read this and take into consideration the fact they are BANNED from a very popular forum.
Before going to their site and sending any money over to them, think twice.
P.S. don't send them orders unless you want to risk losing your money and Sam accusing YOU of being the scammer.
