Dublin Nissan, Cherolet buick GMC Did not honor a Promissory Estoppel that was agreed upon on July 20th 2017 between sales manager Sandy and myself Dublin Georgia
On July 20th 2017 a Promissory estoppel was agreed upon for 5000.00down and32500.00 out the door taxes tag title and fees all included on a 2016 GMC truck Out The Door the dealership was also made aware that i would be taken off work in order to drive the distance from Yulee floida to Dublin Georgia Over 200 miles 3 1/2 hours and I would be there on the followinng Saturday upon arriving to dealership and meeting with Rex Turk and Sandy Forhamam the sales manager the same Sandy Forham in which I had come into agreement with 3 days prior for said Promissory Estoppel I was told he would not stand behind the Promissory estoppel and he became angry and used profanity words such as B.S. F bomb unacceptble as well as unprofessional
The only choice I was given was to drive back the 31/2 hours It was a waste of my time ,energy,I loss wages and the gas and wear and tear on my car was and ecspence I was only willing to pay becasue I would have driven a 2016 Truck back to Floria That did not happen because dealership failed to comply with the Promissory Estoppel
After seeking legal advice I proceeded to contact dealership Monday Morning was put in touch with Tracy the person that put the whole deal toghter along with rex Turk and also Mr. Lock Wilford the general manager all in which refused to stand behind or honor the Promissory EStoppel later that day a Don Carswell called and was nasty and rude as he began to try to apologies for what he called was a mistake on thier part and all I was out was a drive. I corrected him very quickly and stated to him I was out loss wages,wear and tear ,gas, aggravation dissappointment just to mention a few
They just flat will not honor the legal and lawful Prommissory Estoppel so please help me to solve the matter as soon as possible Thanks
