Sometime in February I placed an order for head gasket sealer.  Instructions state for a refund to call the number provided.  There is also an email address.  You have up to 30 days for a refund if not using the product.  Guarentee to refund or replace if it does not perform.  Fine.  Turns out my head gasket was not the issue.  I called, just under the wire, got voice mail, they are Eastern and I am Pacific time, so 7:30 a.m. here is within their hours of operation.  I left a message, waited a couple of days, emailed, left another message.  Repeated over the months,  I should have given up.  But...  

Finally today, 6 months later I get a human being who infoms me that it is impossible that I never was able to connect with a human being, there are no records of any messages I left.  I had to voice messages returned at times I was not available, left alternate number and hours of availablity, that was not met.

Now I have a radiator flush and sealant I do not need, loss of $149 with the shipping costs.  No refund, no satisfaction.  And I still hear her in my head repeating "That is impossible" to my comment of no one bothered to contact me with instructions.  

Now I wonder if I had simply returned it would I have been better off.  

I have not found a resolution, nor any mailing address, physcial address of any kind.  The product is Dura-Seal (registered) not to be confused with DuraSeal (registered) floor products.

My next search is the ICANN.

Mean time, do not purchase this product unless you know for sure you will use it immediately.
