On July 18, 2007 Ordered A Different World DVD Complete Set. Paid $116.98. I received the set on August 16, 2007 from Canada. It was advertised as 144 episodes on 20 DVDs. Open the package only to find 19 DVDs. The cover on the case looked like a bootlegged copy. 2 DVDs showing pretaped numbers (9 & 10) were overwritten with 6 & 9. I emailed them immediately because I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I received a reply from "Nicky" that my replacement request had already been forwarded and I would receive an email once my replacement order was successfully shipped. Nicky never addressed the overwritten number issue

Watched them over the weekend and found that the set was missing DVD 6 with 2 copies of DVD 10. It's obvious that the DVDs are not originals because Oh Oxygen & UPN were showing at the bottom of some episodes. You can see the beginning of some commercials.

I sent an email first thing this morning requesting a refund (company gaurantees 30 day 100% Unconditional money back). As of 6:45 pm, I have yet to receive a reply.

Sent a message via the site under "Contact Us" that I sent an earlier email in reference to my order and would like a full refund. Immediatley received a reply from "Jen" that my request would be forwarded and the refund will reflect back in my account in 6 - 12 business days.
