Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
after purchasing what I thought would be dvd region free codes I recieved dvd region codes that didn't work! also after trying to contact the company about this, they did not respond. Then I sent another email with the same details except I included my intentions to file a rip off report!

Then and only then did I recieve an e-mail from thier company stating that they would issue me the codes that worked and a refund!! at the end of the letter was "Thanks for the blackmail". So, naturally I wrote back. I told them that this is not blackmail its a civil duty and now they can keep the five dollars they swindled and I'll file my rip off report!!

If they were going to provide me with the codes that worked how come they weren't there when I paid? How come they were so worried about a rip off report that it took the threat of one for them to respond to me? DO NOT ORDER FROM DVDEXPLODER.COM. THEY PROVIDE CODES THAT DON'T WORK AND WORSE: MOST OF THE CODES THEY PROVIDE CAN BE FOUND FREE ON THE INTERNET WITHOUT TO MUCH SEARCHING!

bet they wish they had wrote me with a little more courtesy, then thier fraudulent site would still have its luster! Better For US!! :)

Hi, Just a quick note about the company I work for - www.dvdexploder.com - They always offer a refund if a member is not happy with the service that is offered, fact. They also try to answer 100% of all correspondance from members and people making general enquiries. However, we all know that replies to e-mails can get lost in 'junk mail' and 'trash' folders, never to be seen again. Surely DVDEXPLODER cannot be held responsible for over-sensitive e-mail filing systems. We've all been there - it's just that some people see this as an easy way to hold up their hands and cry 'I have been ignored!' The point behind DVDEXPLODER is that it does not guarantee to deliver 'single' DVD unlock codes. When a member joins, they make a one off payment and benefit from FIVE seperate services, a DVD code database being just one of them. It just so happens that DVDEXPLODER does that job incredibly well and have cracked hundreds of technically challenging DVD players. On a very few occasions however we realise we are not DVD Gods and issue a refund, if the complaint is viable. In fact the person that complained here had no right to a refund, but we conceded, to be honest, to show us in a good light. So much for that method. The complaint issued against us does not really stand up, as, if the 'author' had bothered to read DVDEXPLODER's Terms & Conditions, he would have been made aware of the website's actual business - that of databasing & researching a wide variety of services and software programs, dedicated to making the most of a member's DVD equipment. I'm writing this out of office hours in the sincere belief that DVDEXPLODER are the best in the region code unlocking business. Even the guy that made the complaint here got a refund - and that was BEFORE he decided to debase us as 'rip off artists'. If only people knew how much hard work goes into that site on a daily basis... Here's an experiment, send DVDEXPLODER an e-mail and see if you get a helpful and kindly reply - just make sure you check your junk-mail and trash folders before complaining! I've got to go, I'm sure there are more people around here, totally blind to Terms, Conditions and what appear to be good manners! Thanks for your time - Frank
