Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On 8/15/07 we logged onto a site selling tv show, by the complete season. What a boom for us - we collect tv show s& found a whole sleugh of ones we hadn't seen elsewhere.

We ordered 3 different TV series, spending about $400-500. We thought we were bding cautious! On Tuesday, 8/21/07 our first show arrived. Excitedly, we popped the first DVD into our machine, only to see quality so horrible, it was unbelivable. When we took the disc out & actually looked at it, we say that it was a DVDr that someone had obviously recorded show downloaded to their computer.

We called that evening to complain and see about getting our money bay. The insert that came with the show said not to return it to the address on the package, but to call their "877" number first. At first, they wanted to send us a replacement, until they realized we just didn't want something of such horrific quality. They promised to send us what we needed to return the product, postage free to us and then recieve our refund.

We were told they could do nothing about the other 2 products until we called back with our order Numbers. I have called multiple times, as well as e-mailing their order e-mail site to hav ethem cancel the other 2 orders. Always, on the phone I would be told via a recording to stay on the line for the next available representative. Each time, 10 minutes would pass before the recorded voice would return and tell me, "I'm sorry. There is no representative to help you at this time. Please call back at another time, or leave a voice message by pressing 1." Their voice message never worked. I have also e-mailed them multiple times, with no success.

On 8/28/07 we recieved the second of our products ordered. It was also bootleg - obvious not only because of the DVDr's they were recorded on, but also because the little "ABC Family" logo showed up repeatedly in the lower right hand corner. We never got that far on the first product to see if there was a station logo, just because the quality was so poor. The second product was somewhat better, but bootleg merchandise is not something we would knowingly purchase.

As of today, 9/02/07, we have not recieved the third product we ordered. We had to sign for the last 2 products when our mail lady delivered them. NOw, we're not even sure if we whould recieve it. We just don't know if that would forfiet any return of the money we spent.

What is there to do? Will we ever be able to return this trash to this decietful company and get our money back? Or, are we doomed to live with our misfortune?
