Dynamic Solutions & Systems DSS 180 E Hampden Ave. Englewood, Co. 80113 I signed an agreement with DSS and sent them money. Quickly I sensed there was something wrong. They told me that they had an A- BBB rating. When I entered in the phone # I was told they had an F Englewood, Colorado
I signed an agreement to do real estate investments or "flips" with DDS. I sent in money as per agreement. Once I signed up the follow through was shady and unprofessional. I had been told and "shown" through a link that they had an A- rating. Having verified their business status, I checked them out and found out that they had an F rating with the BBB. I excercised my 3-day right of recission and was furnished a General Release of Funds, promising the full refund. However the contract read that they had 30 days to do so. The 30 days came and went. I called and called. I filed a complaint with the BBB. DSS said they had paid me. No evidence of any refund. I went to court and won by default. No one ever showed up to court. I won the case on July 8, 2009 in the Arapahoe Small Claim Court. I went to the obscure place where they do business. The address is on a weird off-beat street with the bldg. # in back. I spoke to a "Frank" not sure what his real name is? Pat Hyle? (on record) and he said he'd take care of "it" through the courts. Never have seen a dime yet. Beware of this scam and fraudulent outrage. I was ripped off for $$$$ !

When are people going to learn to do a complete check on businesses BEFORE giving away their money ???????? Well, you paid for your lesson, I hope you learned it.
