E-bay, Circuit City Michael Anthos Circuit Citys worker, uses e-bay to rob Columbia South Carolina
My name is Adolfo Perez Henao, and I live in Colombia, South America. From June of 2005 to January of 2006, my daughter Laura Andrea Perez was living in New York learning the English language like preparation to enter to study medicine in a university of Colombia. In the first days of December of 2005, by means of E-bay company, transaction number: 6830161749, she put in contact with Mr. Michael Anthos - 23 years old, with the intention of buy an used computer by a cost near the 800 US$ . My daughter made the corresponding payment, money order, Mr. Anthos received the respective check by means of a banking institution in Columbia South Carolina. Today February of 2006, he has still not sent the computer (notebook) to my daughter. You will ask yourself because I write to him. I hope that You understand now because I have written to him. I know that this situation does not have to do nothing with its company Circuit City, but if it is related to one of his workers. My request is: that from the high management of Circiut City they are put in contact with the chief of Michael Anthos and Michael Anthos itself, so that he solutions this laborious subject and my daughter can recover the paid money, since I consider impossible to have the computer.
I am thankful with you already from the attention put to this disagreeable communication, and if it is not in its hands to do something to solve my request, please indicates to me the way I can follow until obtaining that Mr. Anthos fixes his error. I solicit to him in addition, to send me the electronic mail to of the Gentleman: W. Alan Mc Collough (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Circuit City) so that He finds out the quality of workers who tien in their Columbia office.

File a "Non-Performing Seller" report with E-bay. They have things they can do to help you get your money back or the computer that you purchased. Filing a complaint against a persons workplace to try to get that company to make an employee do something that has nothing to do with that company is WRONG! The E-bay sale has nothing to do with C.C. You need to resind this report with ROR.
