GBAYEMPORIUM SUSPENDED James - USA (Saturday, April 11, 2009) Justice? Geoff Holland aka ebay member Gbayemporium suspended from Ebay. However he claims it was a foul-up. He was reinstated after approx 8 hours. I do not for 1 minute believe that Ebay mistakenly' suspended him. All of his 5000 listings were removed, his blog completely deleted. He can claim it was a foul-up if he wants to. I just can't believe that Ebay would remove a gold powerseller with over 5000 listings without reason. I am sure that since he lives very close to the Burnaby office then he probably went down there and persuaded them (his friends)to let him back in. Ebay is corruptthe back door left WIDE OPEN.

Geoffrey Hollanda kak gbayemporiuum firts tried the texastwostep on my entry but he errored and gave himself away.I called him on it and he came up with the lame excuse that he was just trying to prove how easy it was for peoiple to make up an ID and post liers.The only one doing that though is gbayemporium aka texastwo step aka menyon(a copy of my ID).He is sure a classy guy who feels that the world is totally against him and he is the onlt intelligent person alive.

Don't tell me that he loves gbaye so much, that he'd do a google search on him and stumble across this page! I don't do searches on every ebay sellers that were "pleasant". I feel bad that these people are attacking this fine eBay seller for no good reason. I've had many excellent experiences buying from him on eBay, and would recommend him to anyone as being a trusted and friendly seller.

This guy lives in Vancouver Canada. I will be posting his full name and address on the Internet for anyone who seeks to take legal action against him. You are also legally entitled under the U.S. constitution to start a "sucks dot com" website with his name noted on it. For example "GeoffreyLastnameSucks". Under the law, this is considered a protest website and he will not be able to have it removed. Just post the truth about him.

It appears that this individuals has been harassing a number of people over the Internet. I have also witnessed defamatory posts made by him against an eBay buyer. In addition, in the past 12 months, he has received 43 negative comments from buyers on eBay. This individual is subject to U.S. Laws as he is accessing Internet databases and leaving harassing and defamatory comments against individuals. For example, he has accessed the eBay U.S. database located in California to post his harassing and defamatory posts. A claim could be made under Cal. Civil Code Section 527.6(b) "Harassment" and Section 45 "Defamation". See Leydon v. Alexander 212 Cal. App.3d 1,5 (1989) and Weller v. Am Broad Cos., In., 232 Cal. App.3rd 991. Under the Hague Convention, the U.S. Marshal's office will send you an application to fill out. You send a company of your lawsuit to the Canada attorney general with the U.S. Marshal's application. The Canada attorney general will serve him with the lawsuit for free. If you can't afford the Court filing fee for your complaint, the Court will give you an application to fill out that will allow you to file the complaint for free. This application is also available online. When you receive a judgment against him, there are debt collectors who will do all the work for you to get it enforced in Canada in exchange for a percentage. They will go after his eBay sales, any and all of his assets and even his pay check.

This person is basically very rotten and risky to deal with. Don't purchase from him if you care about the quality of the product. If you're like most people who really can't tell the difference between an illegal Argentinian CD with poor sound quality and unplayable R2 DVD or a North American edition of the CD, then go ahead and buy from him. To make it worse, he obviously knows that and is intentionally doing that to rip people off. I bought a Michael Buble - Caught in the Act CD+DVD from him, it turns out the CD+DVD set is made in Argentina and unplayable in Canada. Now, how can a Canadian seller sell foreign R2 dvds in Canada? Isn't that illegal? He didn't know that it's illegal and thought he can get away with it and dared me to complain to paypal. You might've gotten a really stupid ebay employee who believed him and therefore suspended your account. I got an email from ebay informing me that they received a complain from this ebayemporium garbage as well, but that ebay customer service employee had an ounce of brain and did not side with him. Of course, I sent ebay all of his emails and let them know what happened. I'm sure they're disgusted by his actions as well. This Geoff Holland is just a lost person...someone who was a victim in the past and is now out there to get the world. My advice to you, go through a seller's history, it doesn't matter what his rating is...if you see a few extreme feedbacks like that....stay away! Those so called power sellers tend to have poor customer service because they feel they have enough positive ratings to neglect their customers.

I'm gBayemporium. I have a feedback score of over 4000 on over 5500 transactions, with many repeat happy customers. In all my time on eBay only 12 members have left negative feedback, and for the most part it's because I refuse to play their games. 99.7% feedback is excellent in any books. So this Tyler fellow wins my listing, which has a payment within 24 hours stipulation as well as a Paypal only for payment stipulation. Nothing happens after sending an invoice. Nothing happens after second invoice. So, as it's just prior to Xmas and I want to get paid, I send a third invoice telling him that unless he pays immediately, I will be re-listing the item. This is now 2 days after he won it. He had no intention to pay on time, or by Paypal. I relisted the item and sold it immediately, and got paid immediately. He never intended to pay on time, and didn't have an active Paypal account. All he could do was whine and moan about all his troubles, but quite frankly I don't have time for that. All a buyer has to do prior to bidding is to read the terms of the listing. If they don't like them, then don't bid. As for his suspension, I do believe it's the other way around. eBay doesn't want members like this, as they create a bad marketplace for honest buyers and sellers. eBay is done with him, and good riddance.
