Tue, 21 Aug 2007 11:59:23 (GMT) Withdrew USD$ 5000.00 (Metal to be liquidated Silver) from my E Bullion account using their online system. I entered the correct Bank Account Number, BENEFICIARY BANK, Swift Code and Sort Code which I later checked to confirm I had not made a mistake. The ABA Routing Number which is requested in the online system is not applicable to my account however in an email I later gave E Bullion my IBAN number as advised by my bank.

I received an electronically generated email stating the transaction was successful.

After several weeks having received no funds into my bank account and my E Bullion account showing debit of these funds I emailed E Bullion several times and also contacted my bank. Here are the responses from E Bullion:

05/09/2007 Email from [email protected] Dear Mr. XXXXX, Your wire shows to have gone through. Please contact your beneficiary bank about your wire. Your Bank wire reference number is: XXXXXXXX and was released on 8/27/07 Regards e-Bullion Customer Service

06/09/2007 Email from [email protected] Dear Mr. XXXXX, The only information we have is the reference number and release date. Please contact your bank again about your wire. Regards e-Bullion Customer Service

04/09/2007 Called UK number listed on www.e-bullion.com/ website. +44 2070196202 Response: recorded message stating the US E Bullion office hour times and suggestion to visit the website.

Comment: When I have called either telephone numbers in the past I have received the same messages. The recorded message facility does not accommodate the caller wanting to leave a message. It simply states business hours, suggests visiting the website, suggests calling during office hours (regardless of when the call is made) and disconnects.

I have received no further communication from E Bullion and my bank cannot trace the bank wire. There is nothing more they can do.

This is the contents of my last email to E Bullion: My bank Barclays PLC has confirmed they have not received any payment into my account. Also they have been unsuccessful in locating the transaction/payment given the Bank wire reference number you gave me. They have told me you definitely can trace the bank wire at your end as you have details of the bank you deal with and any instructions you gave that bank regarding this transaction. You said the Bank wire was released on 27th August. Today is 10th September, more than enough time had the transaction been processed successfully. I therefore request that you please locate the funds as there is nothing more my bank can do. Thank you.
