The management of E-Bullion has communicated with me over the past few weeks and after locating the missing funds, I am happy to say the transfer into my bank account has been completed successfully. From E-Bullion's correspondence I gather there was a technical issue at their sending bank - Bank Of America. 5th Nov. 2007
