Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

While completeing my website through Corecommerce I was sent to a link to accept credit card payments with e-onlinedata.com. that appeared to be part of the process for Corecommerce.Shortly there after I received a call from a representative who led me to believe this was part of completing the website and accepting credit card payments. He sent me an application for their "underwriters" and the next thing I knew I was receiving duplicate e-mails from both e-olinedata.com and authorize.net with the same account #'s. It took me some time to realize these were 2 seperate companies. After filling out the app the representative claimned was for review, I quickly discovered this was not a reputable company and soon found out the customer service # on the e-mails was not in service. I sent numerous e-mails with no response and finally got a phone number, when I called they informed me I had a 3 year contract that I had signed and wanted up to $600 for early obt out. I never saw this contract I supposedly signed, never went through the gateway to link into my site, and the worst customer service rep on the other end of the phone who at one point pretended not to hear me. Kept saying "I can't hear you" and at one point I said "yes you can" and they said "no I can't!" Unbelievable. No response back through the many e-mails. And BTW, this contract they claim I signed was to accept only $400 a month in credit card payments for $25 a month!

This has caused me so much stress because I am just a single Mom and work 3 jobs to provide for my family. I am working on a Grant program for my side business with my on-line website. No one is returning any of my calls, no accurate numbers to reach the company. Who lists a phone number in their e-mails that is no longer in service? HELP! This has taken up so much of my time & energy that I am reduced to tears. Just getting started on a new small business and this happens. I was completing deceived into signing a contract I have never seen. Not once was I told I was entering into a contract.
