Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
The problem with Eagle Pool and Spa, started after delivery of pool in the back yard April 2006. The boxes sat in the yard for three weeks before someone came to the house to take back some boxes that where suppose to be another coustomers extra boxes? Once John the forman and his instalers finaly came and stated to install the pool guess what? There were missing boxes! John , said they were your boxes and had to re-order them!

Once completed June 2006, two months later, the Pool looked great. BUT it rained and after the rain the Liner sunk in 6 places! You can see and feel the Bolts holding the pool toghther. The Liner will rip open very soon, so we called Eagle Pool and Spa, no return calls! So I went the to thier store, no one there to help me but they would give John Cleba, the message and he would contact me? Still waiting for that call?

So we contacted the Better Business Bureau case # 36240-etc. John Cleba, wrote a letter back to the Better Buisness Bureau, ASSURING them he would take care of it all in the Sring of 2007, Summer is almost here now. Never recieved a call or letter from John Cleba Personaly! This is a full year now and not once has John Cleba , called! http://www.eaglepoolspa.com/

Eagle Pool and Spa, are at my home today 4/23/07 fixing the sink holes in our liner. I was upset when I replied to this add, John Kleaba, is a good guy and his company is a reputable buisness. I would recomend them for buying and installing of their pools. Sincerely, Chuck

Mr. Chuck's assertion that the pool was delivered in April is incorrect. According to company accounting records Mr. Chuck purchased the pool on May 13, 2006. This was a non-stocking pool and had to be ordered. The pool was delivered on June 7th and Mr. Chuck signed a job completion form confirming his satisfaction with the installation of the pool on June 17th. That is exactly 10 days, not the time frame as outlined in Mr. Chuck's statement. Sinkholes, although not common, occur for a variety of reasons, most of which are not covered by any warranty. However, as a customer consideration Eagle Pool & Spa, Inc. offered to make the necessary repairs to the pool at no charge. (See attached letter). To date, we are in the fifteenth day of spring and due to the inconsistency of the weather, Eagle Pool & Spa, Inc. has not started any new installations or repair work on any above ground swimming pools. In light of a documented written response to Mr. Keller by Eagle Pool & Spa, Inc. and due to this posting of a purported ?ripoff? the company is exposed to the potential of lost business caused by this unfair and unnecessary report. The attached letter undeniably shows the intention of Eagle Pool & Spa, Inc. to make repairs to the Chuck's pool with the necessary work being completed as soon as possible. Sincerely, John Kleba General Manager Copy of attached letter: December 12, 2006 Better Business Bureau 1608 Walnut Street Philadelphia, Pa 19103-5447 Attn: Vernette Sharpe RE: Mr. & Mrs. Charles Dear Ms. Sharpe: Thank you for your letter of December 5, 2006. I apologize for not responding in a more timely fashion as I have been out of the office. Please know that in the spring of 2007 the Chuck pool will be drained and the pool floor will be resurfaced at no charge. Eagle Pool & Spa, Inc. will also reimburse the Keller's for the cost of the pool water and will supply the necessary pool chemicals to balance the pool water. Sincerely, John Kleba General Manager cc: file
