Eagle Sheild complete rip off -- don't get suckered like I did!! Dublin California
To make a long story short--Salesman promise the world and lied about where Eagle Shield could go in my attic. When installers came to my house the installed product in 1/2 my house then realized they could not finish the job. They had no way of getting into tight area where salesman said it would not be a problem. Over 1/2 the house (approx. 1500 sq ft) was not fitted with the product.
Called salesman and he said try it and if it didn't work he would get a full refund because the job was not completed to contract. Months went by and I could not contact the salesman, finally found out he was fired, and talked to new manager for a while--then he was fired. Finally talked to "BOSS" and she was going to get right back to me. Months have gone by, and now she won't return calls and have never heard from her again.
Trying one more time, then will file in court--but wouldn't be surprised if they have file for bankruptcy--nothing but scam artists in my opinion--I am smarter than this, should have known!!! Hopefully somebody will read this, and decide not to purchase product.
