EAuction, EAuctionsuccess, EAcutionexpert, Pacific Webworks, Inc. UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT CARD WITHDRAWAL FROM CHECKING Salt Lake City Utah
Checked my Bank Statement on-line and noticed a -$49.90 payment which was noted as "Purchase 906301290049255244262101 on 01/29 at DRI*8004974988eAuction 800-8497-4988 MN". Never placed such order.
Notified Bank Claim Department and in addition found that this company had charged my account monthly for $49.90 for over two (2) years. The Bank will re-deposit the last three unauthorized payments (60 days) but I'm going to have to sue them for the rest.
Tough lesson to learn on checking your bank statement carefully and often.
Definitely a case of outright fraud.
