I purchase numerous items from this seller on Ebay, only to find out that he would put in fake tracking numbers and not send the items. Then he accused me of being someone else that use to live at my address. When I purchased the 4 items, I used my credit card as I do not have a PayPal account. A month after the fact that I had never gotten the item, he said he refunded my money to an "Echeck" instead of the credit card in which I paid. This company sells cheap made in India horse tack and puts manufactured in the USA plates on the items. He is rude and dishonest and if you complain about his products, instead of trying to fix the problem he blocks you from contacting him. He has numerous EBay accounts so that when one of them falls below EBay's selling standards, he just opens up a different account. Don't buy from him unless you want to loose your money or get below standard quality items. He also gouges you on shipping costs to cover the items price if it doesn't get bid up to what he expects it to sell for.
