Ebay I Bought/paid items on Ebay, No refund recieved San jose california

I Bought/paid items on Ebay, after i saw that my items were not being shipped after a few days, i tried contacting the seller and he did not respond, i handed over the case to Ebay as they suggest we do. Then 3 of the orders were cancelled and ruled in my favour to be refunded. Its been over 2 months now and after contacting Ebay countless times i have not yet recieved my Refunds. They always come with the same story, that a refund was made out to me into my bank acc.
I checked my accounts, pulled 3 months bank stadtements and NOTHING. NO REFUNDS. I then sent them the statements and again they said, i have been refunded, on their side it shows ive been refunded. i asked them for PROOF that ive been refunded, they did not send me proof. I contacted my banker for further investigation, also he said no funds came in at the given dates. Ive been trying to Contact the right person at ebay but seems like all of them are trained to look at a system and not resolve any issues. i want my money from those 3 items
