Ebay.com Ebay Ebay Removes NEGATIVE Feedbacks on favorable shops to increase shopping Internet
TONS of negative feedback gets removed from stores that sell a lot. Ebay has figured out that if shops have NEGATIVE feedbacks, this will detur shoppers. If many stores have negative feedback on ebay.com, then people will not shop there, so why not remove the ones from big stores and/or favorable stores that sell a lot already.
This Seller "thecexiloft" is one of those. This user has had about 20 NEGATIVE feedbacks removed this year, 3 being from me. I did NOT use any key workds, I was direct and followed Ebay Feedback rules, all for nothing. Next day they were all removed. Seller used same tracking number for 3 items I ordered and actually only sent one item. I had to dispute with agent for hours until I got my refund, unfortunately I did not get to keep the feedback on their profile.
This is just a tiny example of what is happening everyuday. Ebay is manipulating feedbackl to make ebay overall look better . They are lying and hiding the truth. Tons of money making stores are getting their negative feedbacks removed although no feedback rules where broken, YET they use the rules as an excuse when asked why it happened. I literally had the agent tell me that one of my feedbacks I left was fine, and they did not know why it was removed. So I asked to reinstrate it, they refused.........
