eCom Merchant Solutions LLC Kristie Kliese, Faith Sanchez Fired without reason via text early in the morning 6:39AM for no apparent reason at all. Clackamas, Oregon

When I was employed this Merchant Processor didn't generally work with Retail accounts, most of there accounts were Internet through Authorize.net and the owner Kristie Kliese claimed that she was the 3rd Merchant to sign with Authorize.net
Kristie Kliese when I first met her I was impressed at what she had accomplished as a female in an industry dominated by men and I had high regard to her initially.
Problem started with her General Manager - Faith Sanchez who has been just that Faith-ful to Kristie for 7 long years and lots of good people have been fired and let go by this retard who is nothing but a control freak I was hired to find new sales representatives in Oregon and Canada I already had a team in Canada so we were attempting to acquire the Canadian Market it never happened in just over 2 months getting legal and licenses so in the result my reps moved on, also another issue was that our sales representatives were required to call only the office line from where ever they lived and fax only to the office line, my concern with this was that sometimes Sales Representatives sometimes send in there faxes after 5PM and if there is a mistake it cannot be fixed while with the merchant and I was told that this HAD TO HAPPEN by Faith Sanchez total control freak others loved it when she left the office for lunch or an appointment as to be able to breath for an hour, The Owner is another crazy individual who basically never showed up for weeks sometimes 2-3 weeks with no show to the office so the office was always in disarray and no one even talked it was like a morgue to work here, jealousy is a mother f**ker and all I was hired to do was bring in more deals and that actually was starting to happen 3 deals in less than 2 weeks after only being with the company a couple months, starting with no reps in the USA to closed deals and more on the way in coming week. I have never worked with an owner that texted employees about important business decisions and thus the reason things were lost in translation.
Bottom line is this Owner is non existent in her own business and is OUT OF TOUCH with the industry and without her PISS GIRL whom runs the Office is an out of control jealous insecure retard.
I PLAN ON TAKING ALL OF YOUR ACCOUNTS ESPECIALLY YOUR BIG ONES I HAVE ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION ALL 2745 ACCOUNTS THANKS FOR GIVING ME ACCESS TO THAT INFORMATION!!!!

I did my part by bringing Canada to the table it never was an issue on my part to get necessary paperwork done I was my job to find Sales Representatives I never would steal from anyone I wrote this while angry as for the reason this was all done was because of the way my friend was let go, you mention unprofessional well who texts someone that their is no position anymore at eCom and when he went to the office to collect his belongings wasn't able to collect them without an escort and he was professional to the end, also bringing your personal problems to the office and venting to your employees about your failed relationships is very unprofessional this has left a bad taste in my friends mouth and he will not ever work for a woman again, he is not planning to take any of her accounts and is completely out of this industry.

that your firing had to do with your unprofessional attitude. You admit you didn't get the job done in Canada. Your reps had trouble closing deals. You resort to calling names and defacing pictures. And then you threaten to steal all of their accounts. By the way this may be an illegal act at this point, if not it will be in you use proprietary information that you gained while employed to lure the customers to a new business.
And since I know you'll go there, no I don't work for them. Don't know them. Aren't them posting under a different name.
