Let's start with this, my wife and I booked a cruise to get married, we went thru ecruises and the agent was jeff weingard. We booked 40 cabins and had 90 ppl attend the whole week the company was running a special, and we would get a credit for the cabins booked, our credit was $2400.00 cause we had booked so many cabins and all our guest recieved special pricing on top of this, well its been 5 months and we still haven't recieved our credit. apparantly there was a problem with 1 of our guest who they didn't recieve payment for that 1 cabin, which has nothing to do with our credit. So we have been calling jeff our agent for months asking where are credit is and he keeps stating that it's because one of our guest beat them out of a cruise fair, Again not our problem is what we keep telling them, but for some reason mr Ripka believes it is our problem.

So we keep asking to talk to the owner but he hides and doesn't wanna talk. So today 3/5/2014 he finally calls us back, months later and 200 calls later, and states he isn't giving it to us until he gets his money from our 1 guest, he also states if we get the money from our guest that he will then write our check and we will get paid, isn't this blackmail? Ok so Again we tell him this isn't our problem you need to take action against this not us. He likes to bully his employees and his customers, he's a joke of a business man. He even threatens his employee with holding his pay check until he gets his money because he booked it now it's his fault lol. so now let tell you about this other problem we had with him, he also was on the cruise that week and on the last day of the cruise one of our guest said they were charged for another cruise when they looked on there cabin bill it stated they put a deposit down and signed for it. So we checked our bill and there was the same charge and the same for all of our other guest. Turns out Mr. Ripka went and charged all our rooms for a cabin credit that his company would get for future cruise fares booked he then went And forged all our names. Get this the name he forged for my cabin was my 8 year old daughters name!! So his plan was to hope we didn't see the charges then he would pay for them with his business, then all our credit cards would be reimbursed and we wouldn't even know what happened and then he would make out with $16000 dollars in future on board credits for future customers, what a scam artist!!! So when we discovered this we all went to the customer desk and complained that he forged all these charges, security then advised us that there will be a investigation, we asked if they could get him to explain to us what he was doing but they said he ran up to his room and wouldn't not come out, coward! so after all this he is still holding our check. Well Mr. Ripka get ready cause your about to feel it. All the news channels are comng and the newspapers, we tried to handle this with you for about 5 months and you were so arrogant and disrespectful that you have pushed us to this. You are a crook in my eyes and don't deserve any business. People please stay away from this company.

 This is an unsolicited testimonial. I have used it cruises.com for over 10 years. Mike Ripka has proven to be an excellent travel agent and his staff equally so. Their offer a free insurance for all cruises  is unsurpassed in the cruise industry. Display taking over 35 cruises I have yet to find anyone who's travel agent equals that gift. Notwithstanding that I had the opportunity to investigate the matter complained of with Ecruises.  It turns out that one of the gifts used his parents credit card without their permission. His parents intern refuted to charge with the credit card company who went back to the crew ship who went back to Ecruises. Despite what the complainer wanted it is certainly Unreasonable and illogical to ask for $2800 when it cruises is on the hook for an unpaid cabin. I am sure that had this been canceled within the parameters that he cruises specifies or the cruise line specification that no charges would have been made.
