The reason they are able to post all the jobs on Monster.com is that they made a deal with them for big $$. The old corporate office was next door to Monsters office or at least one of them. For a few weeks monster would not accept ads from then Emodel, after negotiations and a heavy bag of cash monster agreed to look the other way ad allow them to post. Without monster this company would go away. Monster brings them all of there scouts who never last more than a month but while thay are there they bring them wanna be models if they have the cash emodel now tc talent would put them on the site. I guess it just goes to show even the big guys have no morals and anyone can be bought.

Monster.com is likely VERY desperate for revenue, from ANY source. They'll probably argue that it is a valid employment offer but I'd think if it was legitimate Monster would require ALL advertisers to have their full corporate addresses in the postings. Edge offers nothing more than a blind email response form. A real, legitimate company would want everyone to know where their headquarters is located. Companies with pride like to show off their management team with photos and writeups. Edge does not. (Probably hard to get a good photo with all the cell bars in the way)

I went ahead and filed a complaint w/ Monster.com re: the job ad they have for Edge Talent. I asked them to please do their own research and seriously consider removing Edge from their website. I did receive a reply and have been told they will check this information out. This was a few days ago. As of today, Oct. 25th, the job is still being advertised. I even typed in 'TC Talent' in the 'search keywords' box and Edge Talent's ad appears. Guess we just all need to pull together and get our complaints voiced to the proper parties. I realize it takes time.
