Velia Murrillo the manager of EDP reporting can be reached on her cell phone any time day or night at 818-370-8603. She feels as though EDP reporting revolves around her as this being the case would love to hear from each and every "Customer" herself. Being a new employee of EDP has shown me what it means to be the devil in disguise. EDP or shall I say E. Debit Pay owns and operates various "companies" or "affiliates" That offer loans, and credit cards, This is how they get you some people will get the loan, and then the money is withdrawn for the card, others get no loan and still have the money withdrawn for the card. While everything is done in a legal manner it is dishonest and unfortunate that this company makes it's living off other's vulnerabilities.

The Owner's themselves only care about how much money they make and what benefits they can reap from there dishonest doings. All I can say is I will continue to investigate and manipulate my way through the rankings to provide you with more dirt on this place so we may all gather and form a class action lawsuit. Both as employees and Victims.

The employee above is correct. The people at EDP Reporting are malicious. The company doesn't really make much money on the cards, what they make money on is data mining. They use the peoples information that is put in the order and sell it to other companies. If you fill out one of these orders, your going to get a lot of spam and offers for things along with the charge. When a customer is being persistent the employee is told to ignore the person if they have been told facts about the order. There is definitely a control problem with management and customer service. There seems to be an attitude of the elite in the office there. The thing with EDP reporting is that while it is unethical, it is not illegal. The customer is expected to read the terms and conditions and if they agree they are charged. If there is an order placed the customer has 3 business days to cancel but the problem is that most people do not see a charge on their account until 4 days after the order is placed so they are automatically out of the refund policy. The customer can claim fraud and the form will be sent to them. They have to go to the police and go through a pretty arduous process to get a check sent to them. The checks are always behind and it can take months and months to get refunds. People say they are trying to get a cash advance and that they ended up with a charge on their account. The order site states that people who order the card may be eligible for a separate cash advance. People don't read this order site very well and end up getting a card. It is preying on people who are in such dire need that they just need cash and rush through the order. The turnover at EDP Reporting is ridiculous. It is obvious people can not live with the guilt of screwing people out of money. It seems like every day there is a new employee taking over for someone who quit. There are not enough people there to adequately support all of the customers so there are pages and pages of people who do not get to talk to reps until someone calls them back 2 days later. I have never called a customer service center and had to wait two days to talk to someone. some of the order sites are: https://homelandbenefits.com http://superdebitcard.com Check them out and see if you can spot where the charge is!
