Elaine I'm trying to figure out exactly what you are talking about I'm not so sure your dealing with the correct company. First of all the only time we send paperwork emailed to our customers is when we are offering a courtesy refund or fraud papers to take to the police department. Secondly, we would never email a customer and ask for personal information such as your name or ss# we would send it in the us postal. Thirdly we would not request your ss# or your bank info in order to process a refund for you or anyone. If this is what is going on I personnally would think twice about what is being requested and why they don't already have that information from the time when you completed your online order. I believe that information was provided then. Also our refunds is in a form of check which does not require any bank info from customers. Lastly if they want you to respond quickly only by fax I really think something is fishy and before I did that I would surely want to speak to someone on the phone about this. I WOULD NOT GIVE ANYMORE INFORMATION THEN THEY ALREADY HAVE UNTIL I HAVE ACTUALLY SPOKEN TO A LIVE PERSON. Please let me offer you some help by contacting Debbie at 818-487-0672 exit 141 she is legit and works in the corporate office that I know. Please mention Christian referred you.
