EDS Global Alliance www.cheapeasyflights.com Rip off tickets with hidden fees Burlingame, California
I bought this tickets from EDS global Alliance / cheapeasyflights.com. The agent Jay told me that this is great deal for $1174 from San Fran to Melbourne on Dec 15. But he did not tell me all the hidden fees such as the security fee $36 each way per ticket and the 5% issuing fee from this agency. I bought four tickets and they over charge me for $487 dollars. When I drop by the office, the office manager just told me that I had signed the agreement form. The way they ask me to sign the form is using a web page pop up the dialogue box and ask me to type in the name without showing me the hidden fee nor the whole charge to my credit card. Untill I call my credit card company then I find out all these hidden fees and they deny to refund back to me. Don't trust this company and don't buy any discount ticket from them. I just file a claim/dispute with my credit card company to deal with them. It is a painful process for dealing this EDS.
