We signed a contract for work to be performed on my property. Demolition of deck, garage and all cement in the yard. A brand new garage with brand new cement foundation was suppose to be built. Our plans were suppose to be origianlly submitted to our town for permits on June 5, 2005. It never was. It was then suppose to be submitted on various dates after that and all were missed. Constant calls to Ed have been taken by his answering service and all have been ignored. He has not submitted it at all. He has not finished the demolition work. He was suppose to build temporary steps where the deck was and he did not. He has ignored all phone calls to him. This is very unprofessional. He was ready to take the money but not do the work. He outright ignores you. He has disappeared.

This is in response to all posted comments on this website. I would be more than happy to discuss with any valid client that had contract with my company over two years ago a resolution. I have not had 1 opportunity to talk or discuss the events that had occurred May-July 2005. I would be more than happy to discuss the actual issues and the pending contracts that were in place at that time. I have started resolving substantial valid refund issues with clients, payments restructured over a set monthly time frame. I feel that this website has been utilized for homeowners to vent their frustration, which I completely understand. After two years of nothing being resolved I am ready to reach out and give the homeowners an opportunity for me to make the situation whole again.
