At 6:54pm EST on June 15, 2011, I purchased merchandise on www.geteggiestv.com. The merchandised was advertised on TV and on their website for $10 which included 6 plastic egg systems and added 6 additional plastic egg systems and an egg slicer. Upon declining the mesh eggies storage bag at an extra cost the system automatically went to the order confirmation screen. The order confirmation screen displayed charges that were super-inflated with a finally bill of $99.95. Ten minutes later, after searching for their well hidden contact telephone number, I called the company and spoke with a gentleman named Paul.

Paul said my order# 240831283 was not in the system and to give it a couple of days. Then said, my credit card would not be charged until the item ships which is 2 to 6 weeks. I told Paul I wanted to cancel the order altogether because their billing system is misleading. Paul said that he couldn't cancel order# 240831283 because there was nothing he could do because the order was not appearing in his system. On June 20th, 2011, I canceled the order and received a confirmation number.  On July 26, 2011, I was charged $89.85 for the order and it went into shipping with FedEx.  This is a case of credit card fraud because they have my credit card info they billed at will on a canceled order.

I purchased one item "Forever comfy cushion" and final price at the end was $74.90! This was supposed to be $19.99 for one cushion and you get one free just pay shipping and handling of $9.95 for each cushion. I have tried to find a customer service or billing number, with no luck! Please help me get my money back from these rip-off artists. My husband is terminally ill and will be coming home from the hospital from a broken hip, and I only work 20 hours a week, I can't afford this!
