Ordered two android tablets for my grandchildren for Christmas.  Could not get either one to connect to the internet, could not download games, could not download movies or books. I returned items to eGlobal.  We were not able to contact support via phone or email, messages were left but no return phone or email answers.

After six weeks I did receive a refund, however there was a 25% restocking fee that I was not aware of, it is in a very obscure place on there order form, and as I had upgraded the batteries and opted for a one year warranty these were also deducted.  I paid $235 and received a $133 refund!!!

Do not order from this site, it is a RIPOFF!!
