My experience with this company seems to be similar to many who have posted here.  I purchased a tablet on 12/2/11.  The payment transaction was immediately seen in my pending transactions of the bank from which payment was to be drawn.  On day 5, however, that money was no longer in my pending transactions, nor was it withdrawn from my checking acct (paid with a debit Visa card).  Concerned that I would not get this tablet in time for Christmas (gift for my child) I checked my acct with eglobal electronics; and my order status still said "New". 

I attempted to contact customer service through their toll free number.  No one was available; and I left a voice message at the prompt.  No call back from the company.   The next day (12/8) I left another voice message that has still gone unanswered.  On 12/9/11 I sent an email.  No reply.


I finally rec'd an email on 12/15/11 from eglobal wireless stating that my order had shipped, after I had already ordered a new one from a reputable company.  I am now having their second unauthorized charge to my Visa card investigated by my bank as fraud.  And after sending two more emails to this company regarding returning the product (because they require you to have an Authorization number to return a product), I have still heard from no one.
