I have made it my personal mission to expose this company! I have never in my whole life been totally ripped off by a company! Don't do business with these people. !
I purchased a mini netbook and I also purchased a battery for this mini notebook..I purchased these items in November 11... I received a netbook that never worked...However I never received a battery..I would call this company and get a recording ...I left over 12 messages! No one ever returned my calls...
In march of 2012..I was still leaving messages...I also tried to contact "customer service" via the Internet on the eglobal wireless customer service...No one ever called me Back nor emailed me Back..I finally got a hold of someone in last week of march....they charged me over 130.00 for an item that never worked and for an item I never received..
When I finally got a hold of a real person they were rude hostile and told me I was never going to get my money back because my 60 days were up...I could never reach anyone about a return...THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND A SCAM!
