Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Ehsan Afaghi is an incompetent attorney who knows how to litigate only through fraud and deceit and bribery. He does not know the applicable statutes and only knows how to be a vicious attack dog and has no regards for truth and fairness and wants to win at all costs even if it means violating rule sof conduct.

This guy is from Iran where people litigate through bribery. All evidence suggests that he has bribed a corrupt court official, Commissioner David J. Cowan in a case where he was about to lose. This guy is a fascist and an oppressive operative who thinks he is still practicing in Iran. He is a scared patsy who hides behind the skirt of his equally malicious and incompetent sidekick, Firouzeh Simab of Law offices of Firouzeh Simab.

This guy represents a crook, Shahriar (Shariar) Rohani who is the brother of another crook Anoushiravan (Anoushirvan) Rohani who is being represented by another two equally incompetent and malicious Iranian attorneys, Cyrus Meshki and Roya Simantob of Law Offices of Cyrus Meshki.

I am a self-represented litigant suing the two crook brothers for the theft of my family inheritance. The best these four attorneys can do against me is lie and deceive and cheat and bribe at any cost. They are a disgrace to the legal community.

Afaghi is so desperate and pathetic and unprofessional that he resorts to including private and privileged emails in his litigation without any regards to decency. This guy will resort to anything and will even sell his own mother just to get an edge in a lawsuit.

In the course of this action, Afaghi, Simab, Meshki and Simantob have violated several rule of professional conduct and have committed forgery, fraud and perjury. I am filing several complaints with law enforcement and licensing agencies and hopefully they will not be in business much longer.

This attorney and his sidekick are so pathetic and desperate that they even resort to prejudicing the judge, Commissioner David J. Cowan, who is reportedly a homosexual, against anti-gay litigants.

You will be better off with a paralegal than these losers because the clients who hire these crooks are ultimately responsible for their actions. Code of Civil Procedure Section 128.7 which relates to levying sanctions against attorneys, as well as many other statutes, all hold the clients equally responsible for the malicious actions of their attorneys.

How could this be a good atttorney? I have seen his name listed as a terrorist in Terrorist.name. This Iranian terrorist belongs in Gitmo, not in our courtrooms.

I concur with what has been written here. This attorney is one of the most incompetent lawyers I have ever seen in my life. He knows jack about law and all he knows is how to personally attack his opponents and lie an ddeceive. He is a desperate man.
