There are lots of mistakes in the Tax Returns for 2013, 2014, 2015 that I hired Elinor Marinelli, EA, CB to file. She did a poor job. Now I have to file an amended tax return for 2013, 2014, 2015 to correct my gross income, expenses, loss from rental real estate, net operating losses and increase the number of deductions and credits Elinor Marinelli, EA, CB failed to add on 2013,2014,2015 tax returns. To amended tax return for 2013, 2014, 2015 and correct my gross income, expenses, loss from rental real estate, net operating losses and increase the number of deductions and credits Elinor Marinelli, EA, CB failed to add will cost me $1200.
Not only it took her 5 months to do the job, she did it poorly, wasted my time. I will never recommend to her.

Further investigation shows that Elinor Marinelli failed to make deduction for mortgage interest and property tax on the rental property and looks like did not read emails that I sent her with supporting documents.
